This led me to realise that the systems that were out there were not only clunky, but they just didn't 'get' where we, as FMs, were coming from. My varied roles always held one thing in common though: curiosity. Whether it was understanding organisational processes, financial reporting mechanisms or learning about how trigen systems operated, my quest of knowledge to understand how everything fitted together drove me in each role. This was why I ended up in JLL as Senior PM, specialising in bringing newly constructed buildings through from practical completion through to management. Some of the prime buildings that I managed through this process included: - 990 La Trobe St (Melbourne Water Building) - TAC Headquarters Geelong - Government Services Building Dandenong I was also heavily involved in energy management as this is something I believe in strongly. This was particularly on the prime grade buildings and I was successful in bringing the TAC headquarters in Geelong from 3.5 star NABERS to 4.5 star purely through stringent management practices. Following this success I managed the installation at TAC of the largest regional solar panel installation in Victoria. Show less
