"Well-rounded professional" is a phrase that comes to mind when I think of Rodrigo. He was one of the first members of the team assembled to bring League of Legends to the players in Latin America North. From the get-go he took on the leadership of various projects such as maintaining the health of our servers, constructing our Esports studio from the ground up and finding viable partners to improve in-game connectivity in the region. Rodrigo was not afraid to take on projects that seemed impossible to accomplish and always found ways to deliver despite facing difficult obstacles or limiting constraints. I'd gladly work with Rodrigo again in the future.

During my tenure at Riot Games Latam, Rodrigo was a trusted individual with the will, tenacity, and understanding necessary to support our live service endeavors in the region. We partnered on developing communication strategies, live service responses, and tech improvements to our platform. Rodrigo was instrumental in our team in getting these improvements in place and was a strong advocate for players in our region. As a burgeoning leader, Rodrigo went on to lead Latam efforts when the office moved to Mexico and was a key leader in managing the region. If given the opportunity, I would have Rodrigo part of any technology or support team.
