SERVICE & COMMISSIONING - Conduct a detailed assessment of commissioning work and available resources during site service execution. - Coordinate with the commercial team for manpower and mobilization, including equipment and personnel, in accordance with the commissioning schedule. - Provide technical guidance and analyze the scope of work based on the contract, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed before execution, including equipment and tools. - Coordinate the commissioning team and ensure that all testing activities are carried out before Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). - Ensure that all safety measures, technical requirements, and procedures are adhered to during the commissioning process. - Review service reports generated by commissioning engineers after site service. - Coordinate all commissioning activities related to the successful in-house testing, FAT, and offshore / onshore package startup within the project schedule. - Implement standard ISO:9001, ISO:14001, and ISO:45001 procedures and requirements.
