I met Bob this year and have found him to be a wonderful and kind human being. His attention to detail and concern for clients are the two attributes that I most admire about his work ethic. Anyone would well served if they had Bob as a part of their team.

I served with Robert on the American Marketing Association Board of Directors for a few years. He has outstanding leadership abilities and excellent analytic skills. He is honest and will always provide the best possible service for his clients. I would not hesitate to recommend his company for any business needs.

I've known Robert for a while and I must say, he is a man of many talents. He's patient, thoughtful, always looking towards new and innovative methods of marketing and an educated, philosophic individual. When we worked on one project in particular for MidWest Fresh, it was completely enjoyable and it has become one of the projects we are most proud of. It has become the one we share always as an example of outstanding direct mail. I'd call Robert a Renaissance Man: someone who can re-invent himself when he's determined to address a new situation. I look to Robert as someone who we all can learn a lot from.

Areas of Expertise:• Voice of the customer.• Logistics industry.• Gap analysis.• The unique needs of distinct groups of your customers. They may include distributors, high-revenue customers, or ones from different industries. Our services center around finding out what your customers are really thinking. There are a number of ways to find this out. Surveys may or may not be the best solution. Interviews often uncover nuances in the customer relationship you need to know about. It is important to know if your customers are receiving is what your employees think they are delivering. We have found inconsistencies in what both groups are thinking. Knowing about them forms the basis for improving customer relations. Some of the most successful companies are ones who form close partnerships with their customers. The information we have uncovered has improved the working relationship between our clients and their customer base.Commonly, the customers who are merely satisfied (those more or less neutral) don't respond to inquiries. We know how to improve their participation. This matters as merely "satisfied" customers are the ones who could be lost to competitors.

What any leader does. Take blame for what goes wrong. Give credit to others when things go right. An important accomplishment was the upgrade and revival of the AIM (Achievement in Marketing) Awards. I also served two terms as Secretary/Treasurer earning an award for the chapter's financial performance. What any leader does. Take blame for what goes wrong. I am a past president of the Columbus Chapter of the American Marketing Association. The members of the board I served with were a wonderful example of teamwork. Before my election as president, I served two terms as Secretary-Treasurer. We managed our finances effectively earning national recognition for doing so. I am also a member of the American Advertising Federation. I am a past president of the Columbus Chapter of the American Marketing Association. This position taught me a great deal about logistics, teamwork, as well as management and leadership. One of the additional benefits was learning about propulsion systems. All officers had to qualify as a Engineering Watch Officer. Since we were steam turbine driven, we had to monitor vibration levels, water levels, boiler water quality and so on. Of course I got to stand bridge watches in all weathers. Going through the Straits of Gibraltar at night always kept us busy. Moreover, it is one thing to hear about different cultures, but real understanding comes from just being there. A visit to Morocco, which included meeting members of their military, gave me an appreciation of how people can be the same, yet different. As a Division Officer, I was responsible for the well-being of every sailor in my division. They ranged from gunnery and radar personnel to boatswain mates. Each group had its own skill sets and technical proficiencies which I learned to respect. The management challenges were different in each situation but effective leadership remains an important element in any organization.
