Rezia is a colleague I would welcome the opportunity to work with again. Rezia came in at a time when we were one coworker down, and learned quickly to fill a difficult role. Typical onboarding for this role is 6-8 months. Rezia managed this in less than a month. Key to her strength is her analytical ability and common sense approach to work tasks. Rezia's role was to help us manage our RFQ/RFP process, EPC/Procurement bids and worked on the end-to-end processing including pricing, bid preparation, submissions, follow up, closing the sale, and invoicing.
