Mr Reza is a kind of manager who will show what excellent sales manager should be like. I've worked under him for 2 years, and I haven't seen such a character who has great technical knowledge, with a keen on teaching others about his knowledge, and wisdom. He is such a down to earth person. I had a great time working under him from learning how to manage customers to negotiate with customers bringing a win-win situation for both parties. A wonderful sense of humour in combination with deep empathy enabled him to lift my spirits in exceptionally stressful situations.
