  I was a senior system administrator in Sepehrnet Iranian Co, which provides IT services mainly to Noor Credit Institute, for about 2 years. I worked at the datacenter, and I was in charge of management and maintenance of the entire vSphere environment (over 40 ESXi hosts and 500 VMs) including network and storage infrastructure, the entire VDI environment, active directory forest, local and public DNS, DHCP, FTP, file sharing, mail server(Ms Exchange), backup & Restore, antivirus(Kaspersky) and etc. I was also assigned to participate in technical meetings and communication with other departments mostly to provide new services or troubleshoot technical problems.Working side by side with many experienced people in network, software, database and SOC departments has lead me not only to be better at my own job, but to have a clear understanding and overview of the IT infrastructure.

  Summary: Network Monitoring, Support and Troubleshooting (Stationed at Noor Credit Institute)This Job includes monitoring all the links between 450 branches and the Data Center (Noor Credit Institute), branch availability assurance, troubleshooting the failed devices and links by communicating with TCI, related ISPs, all managers in each region and if needed communicating with branch staff, in other words troubleshooting by all means necessary, and last but not least, documenting and reporting to the network manager.This procedure includes using network monitoring apps like PRTG, Solarwinds and Netflow, working with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Modems and etc. through CLI, (Example: IOS on Cisco devices) and more.Also in case of expansion/merger, deploying configurations and connecting new branches and devices to the network are in order.
