  United Kingdom This project will involve advanced finite element modelling of damage in a creep/fatigue loading environment of steels and also testing case specific test under cyclic loads at high temperatures and evaluating the geometry effect for uniaxial and multiaxial specimens under TMF testing. The outcome of the results should present recommendations to improve standards and industrial codes of practice in the field and to develop a fracture mechanics methodology to treat failures under TMF loading.
