Also was responsible for providing a production runout sheet and schedule product/crude delivery/lifting. With the reduced trading staff in Houston additional responsibility was to coordinate commercial activity for refining requirements (cutter stock, butane), supply of the Bonaire Airport Jet sales, supply of gasoline and propane for Aruba consumption, blend bunker fuel and assist in sales. These activities were moved later to San Antonio after the take over by Valero.

(2002): Manager Due to structural changes within El Paso Corporation, Coastal Petroleum N.V. has been restructured into an operational support group for the Coastal Aruba Refining Co. N.V. and will also be of support to the Houston based Trading department for commercial issues in the Caribbean area and South America. (1996 – 2002): Operation Manager Supervise schedulers and contract administration personnel. Assist Managing Director with the logistics and scheduling of the Coastal Aruba refining production. Provide vacation coverage for the schedulers. In regular coordination and communication with trading, shipping, contract administration, accounting, loss control, finance, and demurrage department in Houston. Confirm proper operational status of wide area network links with satellite locations and work with Information Systems and telecommunication to resolve any problem. Scheduler’s responsibility as described in the section below. (1994 – 1996): Latin America Crude/Product scheduler Responsible for issuing international product contracts, scheduling the transaction and monitoring the proceedings to completion. Responsible for detailed knowledge of contractual agreement and their related distribution option and limitation.
