  The Physical chemistry Laboratory belongs to Quality Management, and my primary responsibility there was to manage assays to raw material and finished products. The Lab produces hemodialysis solutions such as acids and concentrates bicarbonate solutions and determination of Calcium, Magnesium through atomic absorption spectroscopy, Potassium and Sodium through emission spectroscopy, and lastly aluminum using graphite furnace.   The department of Water Quality belongs to Department of General Environment Quality. I was the Manager of many programs of physical chemistry and bacteriologic analysis onshore and offshore zones as well as Coordinator of the monitoring of quality water in rivers: Yaracuy, Tuy, Tocuyo, and reservoirs linked to those systems, and other bodies of water in the country. I was the main person in charge of changing the Venezuelan Water Quality norm, and developing the National Water Quality System. Also, I had the responsibility of managing a group of 8 professionals, directing inspections, and organizing meetings in the treated wastewater plants factories, and the refining and mining industries. I gave Technical support and review of treatment plants for indigenous communities in the State Amacuro Delta.
