I have been working with Reynald for more than 5 years. For the last few them he unofficially was leading our small QA team (4-5 people) located in two remote offices. Our long term project goal was to improve product quality by introducing Continuous Integration in our testing process. We started by making a plan and started step by step. We needed to build our test lab infrastructure: * LAN cabling * Setup Layer 2 and 3 switches * Setup servers and VMs * Building racks with test equipment We needed to implement our test automation framework: * Create tools to manage all hardware equipment, including switches, servers and VMs * Configure local Jenkins build server * Create all needed Jenkins pipeline jobs * Automate part of our test scenarios Meanwhile we were busy with our short term goals - taking care of releasing quality product each 2-3 months. After few years of hard work the team finally reached the point to have CI implemented. Reynald was the person that was leading this big project. He is organized, responsible, enthusiastic and kind person. Moreover he is a friend. Someone that you will be really happy to have in your team.

Reynald masters a combination of hard and soft skills. He has a deep technical knowledge with respect to testing and test automation. After being assigned a task, Reynald will structure and organize the work needed to deliver the task with high quality. His soft skills allow him to work in a team, take the lead, and steer & coach the team members to take QA to a higher level.
