I support with Disability and Diversity across the New Wolsey Theatre. A role that allows me to work with, and engage, the wider community, volunteers, actors, theatre companies and NWT staff to help ensure the theatre is accessible to all and that we sustain and build upon our excellent accessibility.I support the theatre with some in-house training and I also help build and maintain relationships with our audiences, friends, benefactors, donors, season ticket holders, volunteers, schools and group bookers to grow our audiences here at The New Wolsey Theatre.As an Agent for Change, I work as part of the Ramps on the Moon consortium to drive change within the industry to ensure D/deaf and disabled people, whether that be audiences, actors, staff or crew, are given equal opportunities and can access the theatre across the board .
