Train staff on company procedures, emergencies, client specific group home behaviors, policies, schedule/shift management, 24/7 group home management, client finance direct oversight, food expense and wellness management. Supervisor of currently one group home primarily. Travel and assess the quality of other programs from time to time by covering outside program shifts.
