  During my time at Zara, I was involved with organising and managing the upkeep of the shop floor. Whilst there I developed my organising attribute. This entailed ensuring new team members follow the correct guidelines when approaching clients, ensuring a certain amount of clients are targeted per day as well as reading clients in order to compromise donation pricing and charity choice. Furthermore, working at Home Fundraising offered me invaluable experience in teamwork to achieve a common goal of helping the less fortunate. Within my team I was able to share new ideas including creating a vibrant energetic atmosphere for clients, sustaining a healthy customer relationship and encouraging ways to give back to the community.
