  Projects: •Renovation and extensions of residential projects •Nuhaus and Plantech New Office As soon as I was assigned a project, if the survey was already completed, we would immediately digitize it (which included all existing plans, all elevations, section and 3d), if not I had to complete them. With the Client’s brief, I developed 3-6 proposals for presentation – once approved by the main architect. With the chosen option we made the necessary adjustments, where applicable and then developed the planning application and / or the construction drawings. We worked with short deadlines due to high demand.   Worked with the main Architect on residential projects. We did the survey, took the client's brief, then used it to create the design. Sometimes it involved both architectural and interior design. With the concept, I developed the drawings in CAD for presentation, as well as 3d modelling and rendering. After Client’s approval, I completed the drawings for the planning application. Then I completed the working drawings (which often included detailing of furniture, furniture memorabilia, specifications of materials as well as appliances), under the supervision of the Architect who was the responsible technically. After approval of the client, I completed the drawings for planning application, with revision of Victor. At last we went to the working drawings, which I prepared under supervision.
