I have had the pleasure of knowing Rachel Evans on a professional level for over four years, many of those years as her direct supervisor. She was pivotal in growing the company due to her multiple talents. She an intelligent individual who learns quickly, focuses on the details, and is a strong team player who can create the desired results. Because she is highly organized, I could always rely on her and would never question the quality of her work.I had the privilege of working with her in both the real estate and marketing department. She was consistently loyal and was given the responsibility of making decisions for the greater good of not only the company, but also the franchisees. She excelled in building strong and trusted relationships with her co-workers, real estate brokers, vendors, and the franchise system.

During the time that I have had the privilege of working with Rachel, she has accomplished more than I could write in this letter. As a real estate account manager she personally oversaw the opening of fifty plus franchises. Through establishing a systematic site search process she saved our franchisees and the company a substantial amount of time and money. She was successful in her position because she built quality relationships with not only the office, but the franchisees and commercial brokers.
