Reuben helped establish the beginning of a strong internal communications discipline at Capgemini in India when he joined. His ability to think of simple ideas and execute them to scale, work with diverse teams, navigate ambiguity and always having the larger marketing and communications team goals in mind, made him a great leader in the team.
