From January - July 2013, Reshma delivered Spanish across school from Year 1 to Year 5. Her specialism role in languages has enabled her to implement French and Spanish within the curriculum across school. In previous years, she has been released to deliver Spanish to Year 1 and Year 2, she has also given presentations both here and in Spain, taken part in the Comenuius British Council two week Primary Teacher Project in Galicia, Spain, organised staff training, played a key role in organising language events such as the European Day of Languages, developed links with the school's feeder secondary school and also other Primary Schools in France and Spain. Furthermore, Reshma has been responsible for obtaining the school’s International Award (Intermediate Level), mentored a French/Spanish Assistant for one year and is also fully trained to deliver the Hocus and Lotus programme.

Reshma was briefly based in Year 3 however she has previously been based in Year 1 where she gained and developed most of her invaluable teaching and learning skills for this age group and worked with different year group teams every school year. In addition to this, Reshma's experience also consists of participating in a variety of staff development training as well as other courses that have extended her professional development, Ofsted and Local Authority inspections, writing moderations with the pool of schools and participation in Leadership/Improving Teaching to Outstanding Programmes.

Reshma primarily supported two children (Year 3 & Year 4) with additional educational needs (mild-aspergers) that had statements. She also supported other children (Year 5 & Year 6) with other additional educational needs.

Reshma covered a Year 3 class and this provided her with real life experience of being a classroom teacher.
