Tive o prazer de ter a Carla como formadora do programa Comunica Eficazmente e posso dizer que apesar de já conhecer as excelentes competências relacionais e de comunicação, ainda me conseguiu surpreender. Estruturalmente o programa estava muito bem construído e organizado, com conteúdos importantes abordados de forma simples e prática. Mas o que para mim faz mesmo a diferença, é a Carla enquanto formadora, a sua forma ponderada de abordar os temas, a proximidade e atenção para com todos e o bom humor em cada vídeo, em cada intervenção.
