I had the privilege and pleasure of having Rachel work on my team for over 3 years. During that time, I promoted her twice -- from Program Manager to Product Manager and then to Sr Product Manager. Rachel accomplished a litany of objectives during that time, but her most difficult challenge and the one she rose to most spectacularly was her launch of Agero's mobile RoadsideConnect product. Having never guided a native mobile app implementation, nor been exposed to Agile processes she not only learned on the fly, but thrived throughout the process. And while the initiative did pose countless challenges, they only served to showcase a few of Rachel's greatest assets: incredible attention to detail, immense passion, unparalleled dedication, and unfaltering resilience. The success of the product is a wonderful testament to both - her Product Manager and Product Owner abilities. Rachel would be a tremendous asset to any Product Management organization.
