Dulmison Indonesia formerly known now is PLP the largest manufacturer in sector energy from USA. The business products they are aluminum casting, helical forming, steel works plate fitting for transmission line (HV), distribution line (MV) and substation fitting strung bus connector hardware. I set up the first project experience in tender design for HV transmission & substation 70KV, 150KV, 275KV, 500KV string sets (tension, suspension,inverse,jumper,earthwire). The company goals are focussing order in local customer of PLN and Interco. The currently project I’m responsible for local market by PLN, Meralco, Marilao and NGCP of Philippines string sets in 69KV, 138KV, 230KV and 500KV as I’m working on it with ANSI 53-2, ANSI 53-8 and IEC standart. I was joined with Frigoglass in February 2014 and set up the new department of Product Development department drive innovation roadmap in Indonesia Plant. my responsible for PD department which including the design of electrical, structure, support for prototype workshop, jig design and support test labs. The man power section only 3 Engineers as one of team of PD. Indonesia team has completed more than 10 new models and existing since 2014. We have developed the commercial coolers with R134a, R744(Co2) and WOT condenser are successfully in Asia, the new models manufactured in Indonesia and India plant. I was responsible in O&M for Instruments & Control. I set up in the boiler, turbine and BOP instruments equipment, they are : Temperature, Level, Flow, Pressure at the beginning. the relevant project I has been modified and improved P&ID for ash handling. My last experience I has to be participant as first year inspection (overhaul coal fired power plant) colaborated with Zeland-Priamanaya-Tronoh, China NW Power & Dongfang Electric as main contractor of power plant. the parameters of checked are vibration bearing, mechanical static (valves, boiler, furnace, heat exchanger), and rotating equipment (motor, compressor, turbine, pumps). also acting as electrical engineer well known Circuit breaker, Relay, Panel control, LVMDP, cathodic protection on Jetty, outgoing and incoming. Rembang coal fired power plant 2x315MW as PLN ownered has contract with ZPT with value amount 600 Mio USD.
