She's a real hustler.. the millennial word which I guess is apt for her. Apart from possessing the requisite skillsets that she brings to the table, what I impressed me most was her inclination to really understand the profile and role of the requirement beyond just academics and resource match. She also brings out the humane qualities which sometimes is getting lost nowadays from the diction of HR. I can vouch for that, as no matter how busy she's, a candidate will get a response from her. Her qualifications, work related skillsets, ability to deliver under pressure and rest of the stuff that goes with the terrain are just semantics, when compared to her versatility, ppl mgmt, understanding the wavelengths of people she deals with that makes her a very compelling personality. She always has a buzz around her.
