He has the ability to mentally set himself up for success no matter the circumstances, which is extremely rare in a sales position. His positive attitude, and immediate implementation of feedback set him apart from his peers. He doesn’t fear challenging his manager in the best ways, and never struggles to come face to face with his opportunities - taking every bit of constructive criticism he’s been given, and then immediately creating a plan of attack on how to improve.
