  As a skilled professional with more than 10 years experience in the MEP Department,Abu Dhabi/UAE.Including more than 7 years working experience in Facility Management. Presently working as an MEP Supervisor Facilities Management at Scan Construction. •Supervise daily Facilities Maintenance operations. •Managed all maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm and firefighting systems, Controls, Carpentry and Masonry, BMS system, building equipments. •Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of all HVAC & Electrical equipment’s. •Ensuring the KPIs and SLAs are met as per contractual terms and conditions. Composing and preparing correspondence, invoices, reports, presentations, minutes, and maintaining appropriate files. •Supervise and coordinate the work activities of personnel, such as training staff members and assigning work duties. •Instruct staff in work policies and procedures, and the use and maintenance of all equipments. •Manage and maintain all tools and equipment to OSHA standards.
