I am extremely grateful to Ismail Naidoo for hiring me as a Junior Business Systems Analyst. In this new role I was responsible for assessing business problems, writing and developing business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions. I was offered this role after my manager recognised my affinity for operations. My primary purpose of this role was to own and manage the systems, resources and processes that enable the successful delivery of our reactive support model.
