Renee developed the #ThisIsMe campaign for the first ever Lesbian Visibility Week in April 2020. She came up with an amazing creative concept and delivered it fantastically, despite tight deadlines and the impact of COVID. Renee was great to work with and the team at DIVA and our readers loved the campaign and her creativity. I would very much recommend

David Hunstone

Renee is a rare combination of a highly creative individual with a strategic mindset. She led a team to deliver creative content for a wide range of clients and sectors with very different requirements. From complex B2B models to consumer products across a range of content outputs. Renee is able to come up with creative solutions that both meet the commercial objectives of a client need whilst delivering an aesthetic of work that draws an audience in to receive the communication in full. She's also great to work with.

Working primarily with social services departments, I was charged with streamlining processes ensuring Sutton’s vulnerable and at risk residents were receiving access to care and services efficiently and effectively. This included assessing and re-designing workflow processes of individual teams and departments. Improving and implementing enhanced communication systems between departments and also external partners such as NHS Trusts and care homes. Designing, commissioning and implementing a new IT system rolled out to over 500 employees - including training programmes. Reporting directly to the Heads of Service, I was continually seeking out new ways and opportunities to improve services, minimise duplication and make savings. Show less
