Working primarily with social services departments, I was charged with streamlining processes ensuring Sutton’s vulnerable and at risk residents were receiving access to care and services efficiently and effectively. This included assessing and re-designing workflow processes of individual teams and departments. Improving and implementing enhanced communication systems between departments and also external partners such as NHS Trusts and care homes. Designing, commissioning and implementing a new IT system rolled out to over 500 employees - including training programmes.
