Having a good communication skill was vital for this career due to the nature of this job as I was communicating and conversing with new people on a daily basis. As a front of house staff my responsibilities consisted with handling money, serving alcohol; I needed to go through training and follow the rules and regulations on food handling, food safety and with drinks involving alcohol, following the Challenge 21 rules.
