Resource Director
-
May 2019 - Aug 2019
I was in the position of resource director for an overnight summer camp. This meant that I performed many duties and worked with a variety of people. I worked with counsellors by providing support to them 24/7, giving them new strategies, and debriefing behaviours/incidents daily. I also performed administrative duties such as making phone calls to parents, organizing and facilitating paperwork, keeping notes on children/behaviours for future years, and calling necessary agencies (ex. Children's Aid) when needed. I also worked with the assistant directors and director of the camp to keep them up to date and informed on the camp atmosphere and communicate between them and other staff. Show less
