Children's Tumour Foundation is the leading charity in Australia for those living with Neurofibromatosis (NF); a genetic condition that causes tumours to form on nerves throughout the body, including the brain and spine.In under 16 months, working 4-days a week with one support coordinator, my achievements include:1. Leading and managing the relaunch of the CTF brand, including logo, brand voice, brand purpose, colours and website (www.ctf.org.au)2. Developed updated brand guidelines, designed suite of promotional and support-related collateral and curated a range of new videos and stories2. Conducted social media audit of the CTF accounts/groups/pages, streamlining all accounts under one umbrella (@ctfaustralia)3. Grew social media followers by 44% and facebook fundraising by 90%4. Achieved record fundraising results for tax appeal in 2019 (4x average result)5. Relaunched major event website www.cupidsundierun.com.au6. Performed major campaign pivot after cancelling the Cupid's Undie Run event (COVID). From the streets to the Screen, Cupid's 2.0 moved online within 10 days and generated an additional $36k post-cancellation7. Grew community fundraising efforts by 50% YOY8. Developed an active internship program, which saved significant $$ on design and marketing projects, resulting in a suite of new icons, infographics and templates that reflect the new brand image and colour scheme9. Cultivated relationships with key partners to help deliver each project to a high professional standard and probono, including creative agency and digital agencies.10. Co-ordinated multiple professional photoshoots with Ambassadors and NF families to promote key events and reflect new branding11.
