Womens Health Week Leads and implements the recruitment strategies for WHW hosts. Manages all stakeholder engagement with registered hosts, including registration, resources, promotions, stakeholder kits and day-to-day communications. Leads the recruitment of organisations working with priority populations. Manages the community partners program, and some major partners including Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) with the assistance from the WHW Project Officer. In close consultation with the Manager PH&E and the CEO, leads the recruitment of health sector organisations that specialise in topics targeted by Women’s Health Week. Works with stakeholders across the range of populations to identify and develop partnerships with not-for-profit organisations, community health, allied health and primary health networks, to increase reach and engagement across sectors, demographics and locations. Manages the role of Women’s Health Week Project Officer. Manages the community engagement budgets for WHW. In close consultation with the key managers, develops a dedicated WHW timeline, that is reflected in the whole of organisation master timeline. Contributes to management and coordination of events with external contractors and partners.Community Engagement Works with stakeholders across the range of populations to identify and develop partnerships with not-for-profit organisations, community health, allied health and primary health networks, to increase reach and engagement across sectors, demographics and locations. Develop a community engagement plan and policy to inform all community engagement projects at Jean Hailes manages the role of the Community Engagement Project officer Acts as a senior representative of Jean Hailes in off-site community engagement projects.

The PHN aims to improve preconception health care by promoting collaboration and integration on a national level across the domains of research, policy, consumer engagement, health, social care and advocacy. The network is led by Associate Professor Jacqueline Boyle from Monash University, and Professor Kirsten Black from the University of Sydney. This exciting collaboration welcomes health professionals, health advocates, researchers and community members to get involved. The network aims to include those who are culturally and linguistically diverse, living with a disability, gender diverse and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
