I've worked with René during my time as an ITIL process manager (incident, request fulfilment and event mgt). I found him to be very supportive in achieving my goals. As a consultant he has a very clear (professional) opinion of his own and it takes some effort to convince him otherwise. The endresult however was always a change for the better! It's always fun to work with a true, experienced professional and have a drink and a laugh afterwards in the pub!
