I worked with Rene when we were both at Steag and Mattson after Mattson acquired Steag. As the Director of Field Process Support, Rene was responsible for several products and for engineers all over the world. Rene handled this responsibility very competently and was always very easy and pleasant to deal with. He has a strong customer focus and does not get flustered when there are almost impossible demands to be met. He is very organized and methodical as well as creative in ensuring the problems are solved. I also worked with Rene in his role as account manager and he is equally comfortable and able in this role. I would highly recommend Rene in positions such as these.
