Reward and Recognition: • Manage Reward and Recognition process • Develop Corporate office labour budget with various Functional Heads. • Have oversight of Group labour budget HR Information System: • Manage the implementation of HR Systems within the Group • Ensure data integrity of the HR Information System • Approve Organisational structures on the HR system • Create, maintain and update Organisational structures on the system • Responsible for Management of Payroll function HC Annual Budgeting process: • Prepare the HC departmental annual budget in line with the annual budgeting process • Working with HC Executive and other HC leads to compile departmental budget for corporate office. People Mentor individuals to enhance the individual`s knowledge, skills, values and attitudes in a selected career path • Work together with HC Manager in implementing Group Level and Site Level Initiatives • Serve as a project lead on various initiatives Show less
