She coordinated input from over a dozen subject matter experts and working with R&D to deliver over 150 improvements to our core system in 2016. As the agile team ramped up, she to fully supported them while they tripled their delivery velocity. Rene is an experienced leader. She recognized an opportunity to improve the technology support team. She was put into the leadership position and immediately increased their productivity while hiring new staff. Simultaneously, she supported the R&D team and led the adoption of a new ticket tracking system. Rene is an avid learner.
