  Production Manager/Estimator for the sheet-fed department with sales in excess of one million dollars. Duties include: Estimating, coordinating with pressroom and bindery managers on prioritizing, scheduling, and job planning, supervision of customer service groups and assisting with job tracking, troubleshooting and determining work to be processed by outside vendors/service bureaus including pricing and turnarounds; monitoring the production process on an ongoing basis and implementing procedures that maintain efficient productivity, cost control, and quality assurance with customers. Moved to sales in 1999 and hired a production manager to oversee the day to day operations for Saltus' sheet-fed department. Commercial sales reached 2 million dollars then went over 6 million after the acquisition of Comp Digital in 2003. Was instrumental in the purchasing and moving of Overly Publishing in January 2000 and was responsible to manage the Overly College Division. The duties included an art department, customer service and twenty five independent national sales representatives. Negotiated contracts with national retailers. Sales went from 1.8 million to 3 million dollars.
