- With an interest in entrepreneurship, I spearheaded the launch of a new agency as the first female Agent in the Northeast District. My main priority was building relationships throughout the community and being seen as a trusted advisor. By following a needs-based approach to identify, educate and consult with customers on their insurance and financial services needs, our team was able to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals and families. - The agency became the top producing agency in the district and one of the top agencies in Oklahoma and led to the start of a series of leadership roles across several states.
