Renay is incredibly passionate about the work she does and ensures that her clients always receive the best attention. She is extremely dedicated and drives hard to ensure the best results. I found Renay always on top of her game and staying a head of the trends. I have had a professional relationship with Renay for over 13 years now and am sure this will continue for many more into the future.

I've worked with Renay as a young journalist to an editor and a professional in the marketing and communications space. As my career grew, my relationship with Renay and Ngage has taken on different forms. And in this time, I have also been privy to the growth of Ngage, a successful business spearheaded by this phenomenal woman - Renay, together with her team. Renay is a remarkable, inspiring and dedicated business woman, individual and mother. As her client at AECOM, she together with her team, delivered a first class service; and as a journalist, she ensured that I got the interviews I deserved and wanted. In my time that I have known her, it has been an absolute pleasure working with her. She she is always so engaging and catering to one's specific needs. I am always inspired by her zest for success and would recommend Ngage highly for companies wanting to outsource their media and public relations.

As the PR Manager for Comair, I managed all communication tasks for British Airways and kulula.com, including writing and distributing media releases, media liaison, event management and internal communication. During my time at Comair, British Airways was the official airline for the Springboks and I was responsible for escorting the rugby team on their flights and arranging the media for the sponsorship deal. I worked as a features journalist for Creamer Media, publisher of Engineering News and Mining Weekly, for a year, before being promoted to special projects writer at the publication house. In 2004, I was awarded with the ABB Excellence in Technology Reporting Award for an article that was published in Engineering News, titled 1968 trendsetter in billion-rand facelift . After graduating as a journalist, I joined Crown Publications as a junior journalist, and had the opportunity of working on the following publications: Housing in Southern Africa, Chemical Technology, Modern Mining, Construction World and Electricity and Control. During my time at Crown Publications, I assisted the Publisher to edit and produce Housing in Southern Africa for three months. This position sparked my love for writing for industrial clients.
