      I have worked as an English teacher for the company Helen's Idiomas for three years now, from 2020 to 2023. My main responsibilities are to teach grammar, conversation, writing, speaking, reading and culture for people from beginner to advanced levels. It is one part of my duties to manage the pedagogy of the school, I develop special classes and activities for teachers to apply, that will not only educate about English, but also teaching them important soft skills. Along with these, I am the school's events planner. I needed to develop time management skills. I have acquired soft skills that became part of who I am. I now can look at myself and see I am communicative, outgoing, focus and ambitious individual. I can express myself easily, make people feel comfortable and heard.       I had my first job experience in Paragem dos Verdes Campos, as a Junior Intern. While I worked, I also took a course on Management. In the school, I learned useful skills in Business Management. I had my first financial math lessons, learning how to cope with the numbers and calculating the benefits that an employee should receive from the company. Moreover, the customer attendance and Excel lessons were valuable. While actually working for the first time, beyond theory, I was taught how to attend customers properly, solve problems effectively and work as a team. Patience and flexibility were some skills I acquired from there. I was accountable for dealing with the Excel worksheets, calling the residents and organizing fun interactive events. Show less
