      Carpe Diem is a nonprofit association created in 2011 by students from IÉSEG School of Management on the Paris La Défense campus. Each year the association covers a different topic but they are all linked to women’s condition. During the year 2016-2017, the topic covered by was “body shaming”. Physical discrimination is very present in our society, especially for youngsters, and spreads easily through social media. To address this issue, the members of the association led actions to free the voices and create debates around this topic with teenagers and young adults in two boarding houses in Paris.
