  ONX is a highly standardized service that combines Vodafone mobile & fixed voice services. All fixed elements are enabled on the hosting environment (cloud). ONX is a service setup for small enterprises (5-30 seats). The Project Officer is responsible for delivery of ONX customer orders. All aspects of the delivery are part of the delivery role. The delivery starts on the moment an order is received in the BOP system and is finished after billing is initiated in UNIFY. In between activities are planning, ordering connectivity, coordination, provisioning in broadsoft, ordering hardware, checking status, number porting and activating, billing etc. Main drivers are deliver as agreed, customer satisfaction and quality. Responsibilities: Customer contact - Represents Vodafone for delivery of the ONX service. - Coordinates and executes all customer information and inter activities. - Responses customer friendly with a “Can Do” attitude. - Accompanies customer to design hosted telephony environment. Admin Management - Coordinates and reports delivery activities in BOP - Implements customers in UNIFY for ONX service (Fixed & Mobile) - Initiates billing after delivery for the customer is finalized. - Handles changes from operational customers as a project, when more than 10 seats are involved. - Handles termination of ONX use as a project to ensure proper clean up. - Collects porting input information and pre-checks porting feasibility. Provisioning - Collects and checks all customer information to ensure proper provisioning for implementation of the order. - Provisioning of Broadsoft system via BOP - Builds hosted telephony platform in broadsoft. Quality - Works accurate and assures that all relevant information is available in BOP. - Updates all changes to customer’s environment accurately in systems keeping customer information up to date. - Is committed to give input for improvement of procedures or processes. - Helicopterview of all different ongoing projects.
