This 6-week scholarship was titled "A home away from home? Early settlement outcomes of Refugees in Australia". This experience gave me hands on experience in a world-class research institute, and allowed me to further develop my skills in systematic literature search, literature review, and data presentation. Throughout the scholarship I updated an existing database to include the latest research, compiled a directory of Australian data sources on migrants and refugees, and began writing a literature review of refugee and humanitarian migrant health and wellbeing.
