I worked on Euclid Network's Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise initiative. I was involved in the planning, implementation, and final stages of this project. The goal of my internship was to design a guide to assess the Five Behaviours of Philips in recruitment interviews. I studied the existing recruitment process and the organisation structure of Philips as well as researched on behavioural interviewing. Using this, I designed a handbook to act as a guide on assessing Philips behaviours in recruitment interviews. Job Shadowing at Netherlands Consulate at Mumbai

I completed 3 days of job shadowing at the Dutch Consulate in Mumbai. I shadowed the Consul, Deputy Consul, members of the Visa and Economics Department and observed their functions in the working of the Consulate.
