Remko worked together with me for many years on projects at DSM Biotechnology Center, and it was always a joy. He is highly skilled in biochemical analysis and automation in the broadest sense, supporting both enzyme innovation and metabolic engineering projects, as well as supporting enzyme production QC projects. He is very friendly, well-organized and a team player. Sometimes he talks too much. It is a real pity to see him leave DSM, but I have full confidence he will be successful in his new endeavors. I will be happy to act as a reference if you consider him for a position.
