      After I gave birth and took care of my baby, I decided to continue my career as a call center agent. Concentrix was a friendly company I also like it here, I am handling incoming calls, it is a Telco account (US Cellular) I like the job and enjoy my environment, however pandemic made me wanted to work from home, I know this is hard because its not easy to find a company like Concentrix, they really cared about their agents but Covid 19 is not stopping, cases are getting higher and higher each day and its too risky to travel..       I am handling incoming calls about customer's packages, My account was a Logistic company in Canada (UPS). Helping customers to check the status of their packages if where its located at the moment, when will it arrive, why its delay, or even missing packages. I like the job because I got a chance to communicate with English people who help me learn more about their language at the same time.       I worked as a part timer. I am assisting my VA friend when she has a lot of task Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day and also work every weekend for 4 hours. I have designated task in Brivity that needs to be done in a day or two if we still waiting for more documents, I upload and fill out documents in Dotloop in our seller and buyer side. During weekends all I do is waiting for offer from buyer side and enter all the necessary information in the Data sheet. I worked as a part timer.       This is the first company who see that I can be a call center agent, I am so happy I got hired however its only a seasonal account, after the contract they offered different account (Regular Account) I am so happy but for the whole month I am struggling for transportation, so I declined the offer because the location was very far from where I live.
