I had the pleasure of attending Rekha's CareerLink course offered through PCC. I was impressed how Rekha effectively engaged the class, held attention, and how positively the class responded. Over the two week course, she conveyed information to students that enhanced their understanding about career exploration, strategies for marketability, and local opportunities--even arranging on-site company visits. I found that Rekha was able to change gears quickly, working with students who were at various stages in their careers, all while progressing through the course material. Rekha also demonstrated to students the effective use of technology for job search. She was particularly keen to give students a different perspective and a leg-up by presenting candidate search strategies employed by recruiters. I hold Rekha in high esteem and believe that she would naturally and expertly fill roles in any number of areas, including, for example: Education, career guidance training, communications, presentations & events, human resources, or operations.

Working alongside Rekha in the Career Link program I see she is a seasoned facilitator, coordinator, and collaborator. Her capacity to coordinate the two-week event from developing curriculum to booking up to five guest speakers and three employer visits is impressive. In the classroom, Rekha is a fluent facilitator that provides the critical structure participants need to be successful.
