  Organized a number of in-house training workshops for most of the largest organizations in the GCC. These workshops included contract drafting, Alternative Dispute Resolution workshops (Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration, workshops that targeted the construction, banking, oil and gas sector to include personal development courses as well. Was instrumental in organizing workshops for Qatar National Petroleum on the importance of drafting contracts and some tailor made courses based on their requirements. Was also instrumental in organizing a huge conference with Bahrain Centre for Dispute Resolution (BCDR )on Mediation and was successful in securing sponsorships for the conference. Worked closely with the ICC National Committee in Bahrain and have organize courses for its members in Bahrain. As part of the Law Firm of Yousif Zainal had handled three arbitration under the Korean Arbitration Centre's rules, an ad hoc arbitration and one under the UNCITRAL rules. Show less
