      Responsible for accumulating all Digital assets (Banking app, co,uk, Open Banking (OB)) across the Society to create a Nationwide Digital function. Designed and led the people transformational journey and growth strategy. • Led the people Digital transformational change programme, this involved working with four consultancy firms (Sapient, KPMG, Baringa and McKinsey) to provide SME advice and support to transition to the new operating model. • Designed and led on people transformation, restructuring senior leadership team (Digital Operations, Product & Proposition, OB, Digital Delivery, Strategy, UX & UI and Engineering) and designing their respective target operating model and implementing a new ways of working whilst ensuring continuity of service. • Transformed historic delivery portfolios into hubs to form new ways of working which encompassed end to end change journey • Designed and led a growth strategy over a 3-year period for different disciplines i.e. Engineering, Products which encompassed location strategy, talent agenda i.e. internal graduate programmes, reviewing sourcing strategies to recruitment 500 heads.       I have provided HR Business Partner support to other functions across Nationwide; Financial Management, Contact Centres, Commercial, Communications, Human Resources and Customer Experience. My keys areas of achievements have been:• Implemented a new concept of video servicing for our customers (Nationwide Now) adapting to customer demand in a cost constrained environment, this was achieved by upskilling our workforce in new technologies and changes to ways of working to meet regulatory guardrails. The benefits are positively recognised by a multi skilled workforce and access to a wider customer segmentation across the country.• Implemented our approach to de-incentivising sales target and doing what’s right for the customer by placing more emphasis on behaviours, this required a fundamental review of how bonuses were paid and redefining our performance management process to change focus from task to behaviours.• Conducted a change programme to move c150 FTE from Northampton to London office, this required extensive NGSU negotiations on London pay, relocation support, travel support and temporary allowance for 12 months which meant the London offices where sufficiently resourced• Created a brand-new Customer Experience function, from designing operating model, scoping capabilities and resource strategy.
