Metamorphosis Group is a career development and empowerment platform that holds coaching and other career development services for professionals in the Philippines and all over the world. We seek professionals who look for people to guide them in the professional world through proven best practices and barely talked about industry knowledge.With a series of meaningful circumstances, I joined Metamorphosis Group (MG) when CEO, Danica, made a request in a private FB group. By chance, I was thinking about putting my own career coaching firm as I was taking a hiatus. So, I replied to her and after that, you can say the rest is history. Aside from a Board of Advisor, I mainly function as VP and Executive Director. Along with a team, of career coaches and HR professionals, we are designing and developing MG’s Business-to-Business (B2B) solutions. We are excited to launch enterprise solutions that enable your organizations to become flexible, adaptable, and be relevant in the fourth industrial revolution. The De La Salle University Ramon V. Rosario College of Business (RVR-COB) is one of the premiere business schools in the Philippines today. Under RVR-COB, there are six academic departments including the Decision Sciences and Innovation (DSI). The DSI Department envisions itself to be Asia’s leading school in entrepreneurship and business analytics through an interdisciplinary approach.Current research interests are Entrepreneurship Ecosystem, State of Angel Investing, Equity Crowdfunding, Co-Investment Schemes, and Venture Capital in the Philippines, Corporate Entrepreneurship, and Portfolio Management for Family Businesses.
