#1. Main goal: SQA for 3D NAND 3D NAND-related test planning and implementation of various scenario tests. Implementing F/W that can be tested on the Chamber and Embedded Board for measuring retention/reliability/performance etc. (C, ARM) Developed programs to analyze and visualize the results of the huge size of the logs. (C, R, Python) #2. Main goal: Build a test automation system First applied automation testing system to the env that was being tested whole manually. (Done from system design to implementation) Developed a test automation system that automatically installs and runs several OS(Windows, Linux, etc) for testing client SSD. Because of security issues, could not use an external LAN or open-source program, so also implemented monitoring systems and log analyzer. This system was initially applied to client SSDs and later expanded across the entire product line. (Server: Python, Django / Web: javascript, jquery, etc / Application: C#, WPF, Auto-it, etc) I built a system that allows making group the boards in progress for testing purposes, running tests as a group, send commands like a terminal. All boards can be monitored at the same time, and large amounts of logs have been analyzed and visualized. Developed a program that automatically checks the latest BIOS version and driver version of PCs(more than 1000), saves it in the DB, installs it on the target PC automatically, and exports the result as an Excel file. (All PC model's vendor are mixed up such as Dell, Lenovo, HP, Sony, etc.) In addition, I’ve developed various programs needed within the QA team. #3. Main goal: SQA for Client SSD’s controller Verifying Controller basic functionality on SATA-based client SSD, and developed a test framework that can be a hardware unit tests on the FPGA environment. (C, oscilloscope, logic analyzer) - Developed a lot of test cases according to SSD specifications for improving the quality of SSD F/W. (C, UART, Ic2, DRAM, ARM, etc) Show less
