This allowed the company to comply with the new labor legislation and to mitigate a risk of strike that could generate losses of more than MXN $300M annually.• Developed a new employee termination procedure in accordance with new labor legislation and company policies, while reducing labor lawsuits by 90%, resulting in an annual savings in legal expenses of up to MXN $6M.
